Lake Tahoe Cruises Offer You
a Full Menu Of Fun

Emerald Bay sightseeing, Family Fun with Tahoe Tessie, Tales of Tahoe with Mark Twain, dinner-dance, Show Boat in Concert... That's just a sample of the selection for all ages and interests, brought to you by Lake Tahoe Cruises. Their fleet includes two Mississippi-style paddlewheelers: the M.S. Dixie II, out of Zephyr Cove Marina, and the Tahoe Queen, out of Ski Run Marina, also home port to the Tahoe Paradise, the lake's largest yacht.

An award-winner for hospitality, the M.S. Dixie II has been voted “Best Boat Cruise at Tahoe” more than eleven times. Through fall, she offers a Sunday brunch sail along Tahoe's south shore. Summer is the season for a breakfast voyage to historic Glenbrook, a daytime or evening Emerald Bay sightseeing trip (with lunch and dinner options), and a dinner cruise.  Also new: The special lunch buffet option on this summer's daytime Emerald Bay sightseeing cruise. Year-round, the Dixie cruises for daytime sightseeing to Emerald Bay and sunset dinner and dancing. She and her sister paddle wheeler, the Tahoe Queen, also cast off for special holiday cruises.

A true sternwheeler, the Tahoe Queen has been setting her course for Emerald Bay for over 20 years. Tradition is part of her appeal, along with year-round sightseeing and dinner-dance cruises as well as seasonal sailings. New this year? Dinner menu selections prepared with sustainable foods like free-range chicken, grass-fed beef and organic fresh vegetables. The summer cruise roster includes Family Fun, featuring a social sea serpent named Tahoe Tessie and story time. Mark Twain’s Tales of Tahoe is another summer favorite with nationally acclaimed impressionist McAvoy Layne. In winter, skiers and boarders can board the Queen for an aqua ski shuttle and après-ski party combined, part of a package that includes a morning luxury coach ride from South Lake Tahoe to north shore slopes.

Also new is a Sunday brunch cruise aboard Lake Tahoe Cruises' 82-foot yacht, the Tahoe Paradise. Champagne, Mimosas and panoramic views accompany favorites like eggs benedict, Belgian waffles and prime rib for an upscale dining experience.
